Can I request a pickup from my home?
Yes, you can choose home pickup during booking. Pickup happens the next working day or the date you specify. Alternatively, drop the parcel at a courier shop or locker.
You have 3 options to hand over the parcel to the courier:
- Pickup from your home/office — pick a date and time window during booking
- Drop-off at a courier shop — see maps of pickup points
- Drop-off at a locker — 24/7 available (BOX NOW, ACS Smart Point)
Home pickup typically costs €0-3 extra depending on the courier.
