Is my parcel insured?

All shipments via Shiplemon include basic insurance from the courier:

• Usually covers value up to €50-100
• You file a claim in case of loss or damage
• Settlement process takes 15-30 days

For higher-value parcels (electronics, jewelry, artwork) you can add extra insurance during booking for a small additional fee (typically 1-3% of value).
