How does billing and invoicing work?
You only pay for the shipments you send, with no subscription required for the basic plan. Shiplemon issues a monthly invoice with itemized shipment details. Premium features available via monthly subscription.
Shiplemon's billing model is transparent:
- Pay-as-you-ship: only pay for shipments you send
- No minimum charge or contract obligation
- Monthly invoice with detailed reports
- Premium features (3PL, Returns Portal, API) via monthly subscription
Add-on services like COD, insurance and customs invoices are billed separately based on usage.
